CARD DECKS
I designed these tarot sized card decks to give you extra support and guidance while navigating grief, and the self-care and love you need. Both decks can easily be used for yourself daily, or in a group as a conversation starter!
The background photos of pink peonies and forget-me-nots were taken by myself, and each phrase and affirmation I wrote with care and love. Each deck is beautifully printed and comes in a purple velvet bag.
Grief Journal Prompts
These 54 journal prompts are for anyone grieving the death of a loved one, pet, or other losses. They have been created by myself, as a Grief Doula, with a background photo of forget-me-nots I took. You may wish to pull a card a day for your journal, use the deck with friends, family, or a grief group to discuss any emotions that arise. I hope these cards bring you some comfort and light.

Grief Affirmations
This 54 card deck consists of grief affirmations for self love, for anyone grieving the death of a loved one, pet, or other losses. These affirmations are designed to help bring you some daily peace, loving kindness, and to remind you that you are not alone in your grief. They have been created by myself, as a Grief Doula, with a background photo of beautiful pink peonies I took. Be gentle with your heart.
